Aranza joined the Red House in 2023 as Project Coordinator, where she supports evaluation of the implementation and development of courses and pilot programs. She also organizes and documents an equity-centered working conference that fosters rich discussions and strategic planning among institutions to address key structural barriers to student success. A current Master’s student in Georgetown’s Higher Education Administration program, Aranza is passionate about continuing to learn how to use qualitative research to evaluate student support programs and amplify student voices.Originally from Mexico City and raised in a border town in South Texas, Aranza is a bicultural first-generation, low-income graduate. While earning her Bachelor’s Degree at Texas A&M International University, she mentored first-generation students and those in the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP).
